Deeply Health (“Deeply,” “we,” “us”) provides a community platform for people living with rare chronic conditions. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Community Guidelines

Deeply Health is a supportive space. Harassment, hate speech, and misinformation are not tolerated. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate the Community Guidelines, which set out what gets removed, who decides, how fast, and how to appeal a decision.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Deeply Health is not a medical device or healthcare provider. Content shared by community members - including verified clinicians - is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider before making treatment decisions.

3. Privacy

Your health data is never sold, and sensitive fields are encrypted before they are stored. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what is encrypted, and how we collect, use, and protect your information.
